The project “Key Technology R&D and Application for Die Steel” was evaluated by the China National Light Industry Council and recognized as achieving internationally leading standards.

Hengerda independently developed automated production lines for die-cutting tools and saw cutting tools.

>This production line for heavy-duty die-cutting tools well exceeded the early limit of processing only a single 2-meter profile per batch. The line can produce rolls of die-cutting steel and band saw cutting tools without welding. It helped to form a continuous operation, stable quality, complete automatic production line.“Key Technology and Application of Bendable and High Strength Copper Rules Manufacturing proudly” won second in Fujian Science and Technology Progress Award.

>The bi-metal band saw blade production line can run automated production and control. The products are finished with superior mechanical properties: high toughness, good tensile fatigue resistance, high abrasive resistance, and impact resistance. The product High-Performance Bimetal Band Saw Blade was assessed by the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association and recognized as reaching internationally advanced technical standards.

As a national high-tech enterprise, Hengerda’ is dedicated to technological innovation and advanced research. With a Postdoctoral Research Station, an Academician & Expert Workstation co-founded with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and specialized collaboration with Northwestern Polytechnical University, the company drives cutting-edge developments in industrial mother machines and core functional components. Hengerda’ holds over 90 national patents and has received provincial and national awards for its core inventions, reflecting its leadership in intelligent manufacturing and metal cutting technology.
It has established an "Academician Expert Workstation". With a R&D team of nearly 100 people, the company continues to carry out R&D activities for new products, equipment, technology, and materials. It undertakes a number of national, provincial, and municipal STS and key regional science and tachnology projects.
Participated in the establishment of the Putian High-End Equipment Industry Technology Research Institute and engages in multidisciplinary collaborative research projects with leading institutions, including the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Jike Guochuang Lightweight Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fujian University of Technology, and Putian University.
