On July 11, we got good news again that Hengerda's independently developed “Processing Equipment and Process of Welded-Tooth Band Saw Blades” had passed the substantive examination of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and was granted a national invention patent. As of now, Hengerda has possessed 90 authorized patents.

This patent stems from Hengerda's dedicated research on processing equipment and techniques for welded-tooth bandsaw blades. Through persistent exploration, it addresses the technical challenge of achieving precise positioning during tooth welding to guarantee weld quality, while also enabling post-weld re-inspection to ensure the resulting joint strength meets all operational requirements. By further optimizing the processing environment, and improving the accuracy of testing processes, the product quality is guaranteed.
